  • Client brief:

All-inclusive, adult-only luxury resort in the Florida Keys.  It is a secluded beachfront resort opened in with 135 individual bungalows, plenty of activities, dining options), bars/lounges & all the luxury amenities.

  • Challenge:

Increasing the number of direct bookings all year round and building awareness while targeting high-income audiences. We managed to do by having a more constant purchase power/conversion value in terms of bookings, with just slight dips in the less busy periods our client had before.

Rustic Inn Creekside Resort

  • Client brief:

Rustic Inn Creekside Resort & Spa is a boutique hotel with upscale accommodations on a 12-acre property with full-service spa, luxury accommodations, rooms, cabins, on-site dining options close to Jackson Wyoming downtown.

  • Challenge:

Drive more bookings on the website and reduce reliance on OTA websites. The main objective was to be more competitive on Google and Facebook Ads. When we took over the account, on Google, the outranking share was below 10% which we managed by the end of last year to push it closer to 20% across all the campaigns.
